Salary:  $29.00 – $33.50 per hour DOE + Comprehensive Health Benefits Package

The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is overseeing Mother Nation’s Yeha:wi Services and the Homeless Response Team. Yeha:wi Services include advocacy, safety planning, and supportive services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault throughout Washington State. The Homeless Response Team includes outreach and engagement, diversion, homeless prevention, and cultural after care services in King County. The Program Manager will create and build relationships, facilitate, coach, consult and motivate Yeha:wi Advocates and the Homeless Response Team members.

Mother Nation’s Yeha:wi Services Advocate is key to Mother Nations Yeha:wi Team who will provide mobile advocacy services to adult Native American homeless women experiencing multi-abuse trauma. This position will also offer advocacy to domestic violence, sexual assault participants in Indian Child Welfare (child protection cases) and in recovery from drugs and alcohol.  This position will provide direct support to Spirit Journey House residents.

Position: Diversion Case Manager – updated 4/26/21

Reports to: Executive Director
Full Time: 40 hours/week
Salary: $20-$25 per hour DOE + comprehensive benefits package

The Diversion Case Manager’s primary responsibility is to support women, men, and families experiencing homelessness rapidly identify and obtain temporary or permanent housing options outside of the shelter or homeless housing system. By quickly connecting people to housing through cultural and trauma informed services, we hope to reduce the amount of time they experience homelessness. The Diversion Case Manager will be responsible for supporting the household’s housing goals and will work closely to the Cultural Services Team to provide spiritual support and cultural healing to remain stably housed overtime.
